The mean age of participants was 76,0±15,23. The most frequent diseases were hypertension (44,5%), cerebrovascular events (25,8%), cardiovascular diseases (23,9%), diabetes (21,5%), dementia (20,6%), fractures (17,2%), decubitus (16,3%) and osteoporosis (15,3%) in comorbid participants respectively. All diseases were separated two groups to compare nutritional status according to diseases. It was determined that the peresence of cerebrovascular events, dementia and decubitus reduced MNA scores significantly (p<0,05). MNA scores of individuals with fractures at various grades was significantly higher than MNA scores of individuals with no fractures (p<0,05). Also the patients with decubitus were malnourished with the percent of 85,3%. Dementia (81,4%), cerebrovascular events (64,8%), osteoporosis (62,5%), cardiovascular diseases (62,0%) and hypertension (54,8%) respectively followed decubitus with regard of malnutrition frequency. In addition, 73,5% of decubitus patients, 65,1% of osteoporosis patients and 62,5% of dementia patients were not well nourished with regard of BMI classification. Consequently it is thought that malnutrition frequency of home care patients is quite high and nutritional intervention in early period may positively effect life quality of patients
