Sports is a phenomenon that concerns almost every person today. Skiing is known as the oldest sport in the world. Skiing, which has been developing in our country since the Republican Period, has become the focus of attention of the wider masses every day in terms of both actively dealing and watching. On the national and international level, skiers of A？r？ (ski runners) have achieved significant successes and trained very important athletes. The aim of this study is to give information about skiing and its history in A？r？, to draw attention to the importance of A？r？'s contribution to ski sport in Turkish sports and also to offer suggestions for further training of skiing (skiing) sport in A？r？
