EVALUATION OF TRAINING EXPENDITURE TURKISH PUBLIC SECTOR (2006-2018)

Education is a long-term process starting from the arrival of man to the world and lasting until his death. In line with certain principles with education, it is aimed to make progress in human's understanding, learning and application ability, mental and physical aspects. As a result, individuals become more qualified and healthy and maintain their lives and become part of the society they belong to by acquiring the value judgments, socio-cultural traditions of the society they live in. In our study, the importance and the individual and social benefits of education as a public expenditure were examined. Place and size of education in public spending is evaluated by giving place to compare their investment in education in the OECD countries and Turkey
