DKP37 Sheet’s Rolling Incremental Forming (TPIF_RL) Process Optimization by Taguchi and Response Surface MethodKeywords: DKP 37,Art?ml? ?ekillendirme,Yüzey Pürüzlülü?ü,?ekillendirme Kuvveti Abstract: The incremental forming method is a rapid and inexpensive prototype manufacturing method which is used in the manufacturing industry. This method has a wide usage potential in various industrial fields. In this study; formability of DKP37 sheet was investigated by the TPIF_RL method. The forming force and surface roughness were investigated. Interactions of the parameters have been researched. Optimum forming parameters have been determined. The optimum levels of the test factors for the forming force are: Pressure 9 bar, Feedrate 1500 mm/min, Increment 0.25 mm, Forming Tool Diameter 5 mm. For surface roughness, the optimum levels of the test factors are; Pressure 2 bar, Feedrate 500 mm/min, Increment 0.25 mm, Forming Tool Diameter 15 mm. Quadratic estimation equations for both forming force and surface roughness were established. It has been seen that the forming tool diameter greatly influences the forming force
