Fiqh is a discipline that has shown a certain process of development, like other branches of science. This process, which is shaped by the contribution of many scholars, encapsulates the deliberate choice made, some people’s orientation towards research and the breaks that can be considered significant in the discipline. These scholars who faced with the realities of their own age and care about reflecting it in their works have a great importance in terms of fiqh history. On this point, one of the prominent figures is Sadrushari？ah. He revised the work of Us？u？l al-Pazdaw？？ in the context of the conditions of his time and submitted it to the scientific world with his work titled Tanq？？h？ al-us？u？l as a different copyright. This copyright is the main subject of our study. In the article, Us？u？l al-Pazdaw？？ and Tanq？？h？ al-us？u？l will be considered as a whole; however, some prominent figures will be included. In this context, the subject will first be evaluated in terms of the general systematics of the works, and then it will be tried to determine what kinds of differentiation there are in terms of language and style. For the clarification of the situation, some another works will be handled.
