Giant scrotal lipoma: A case reportKeywords: atipik lipom,skrotum,testis Abstract: Lipomas are one of the most common benign mesenchymal neoplasms. Scrotal lipomas may originate from epididymis, spermatic cord or tunica. We report a case of 27 years old male complaining for a slow-growing, painless mass in his left hemiscrotum. Imaging with ultrasonography and magnetic resonance was inconclusive regarding the nature of the tumor and the tumor (20 cm) was excised, paring the testis.
