Central Asian Fuqakhas Educated in Karakhanids Period and Their Effect in Administration

It’s obvious that the world’s law systems are undergoing a major transformation, of course Islamic Law is contributed to all these law systems. However, the main cornerstone of the Turkish school, which is the Islamic Law itself, is mainly divided into three schools of the Arabian-Persian-Turkish and the well-established relations between reason and nass are in fact constituting the Central Asian fiqh school. The Central Asian fiqh school, especially Karakhaned period, was the main process of fiqh to the summit in this region. In this article we will discuss on the short history of the Karakhaned state, and the identification of the names of the fuqakha who were raised in the Karakhaned period in the classical sources, the brief conversation of some of the famous fuqakha, the administrative position of fuqakha in the administrative structure
