Life after the disability for the relatives of the martyrs and veterans is never like the old one. These people are hard to be involved in production processes, they lose income, health expenditures increase, social participation in the social, cultural and economic areas is difficult to participate fully, social exclusion and quality of life are falling. State social security practices have shown that relatives of martyrs and veterans prevent social exclusion and increase the quality of life and lead a dignified life in society. The purpose of this study is to show the effect of social security practices towards relatives of martyrs and veterans on social perception and quality of life
