Life satisfaction scale developed by Diener et al., was performed ?n volunteers. Harvard step test was used to determine levels of physical activity in volunteers. The number of pulses of a person, who is in the high exercise level, was determined by examining his slowly increasing heart beating and rapidly returning to normal after exercise at three different times. The data obtained were evaluated using SPSS 13.0 for Windows software package program. Mann Whitney U test of non parametric tests was used to compare the independent groups. The significance level was taken in p< 0.05. Results: In the life satisfaction scores of volunteers, who interested and uninterested in sports in the research, significant differences wasn’t found. Conclusions, While the life satisfaction scores of sedantery individuals were supposed to be at low levels, the life satisfaction scores of young people in this age group were found high as in the people who carry out physical activity intensely because of mobility of their daily lives
