Factors Affecting Costumers’ Bank Preferences, Performance Evaluations of Banks and Relational Benefit: A research in Nev?ehirKeywords: ?li?kisel fayda,Performans de?erlendirmesi,Fakt?rler Abstract: Our aim in our study is to examine the factors that affect the bank preferences of the consumers and the relational utility. Nevsehir province is examined for this purpose. Gwinner et al.(1998) suggest that dimensions of relational benefit are trust, social benefit and special interest (Molina et al., 2007). In the study, the factors that are effective in the bank choice of consumers in Nev?ehir province are determined within the sample of the research. Questionnaire is used as data collection tool. At the end of the study, factors with high impact scores are identified. The results are compared using appropriate statistical tests
