PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT OF SOFT POWER OF PUBLIC DIPLOMACY OF KOREA ON THE BASIS OF FINE ARTS

The article defines the official policy of Korea in the field of fine arts.This article demonstrates the practical implementation of Korean public diplomacy through such channels as financing, promotion of Korean domestic artists, through the organization of art exhibitions, art galleries, and the construction of museums of contemporary art.Particular attention is paid to the philosophical aspect on the basis of cybernetics, quantum theory, string theory, an attempt is made to translate these theories into a philosophical paradigm.
