THE SELF-DETERMINATION RIGHT IN TERMS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION: A THEORETICAL STUDY

The state is an organism that is formed as a result of human, sovereignty and territorial trilogy. In this context, it is the qualitative construct of the state that is organized on a certain piece of land with the sovereignty competence that explains the domination of humanbeing. It is perceived as a right to selfdetermination in this fiction. This right is merely a tool for the exploited societies to return to their own self. This right does not have to do with the aims of societies trying to create an autonomous space by leaving the state while living within the borders of a sovereign state. The aim of this study is to examine the reflections of the political organization of the peoples who have to submit their own assets and sovereignty rights to another sovereignty by exploitation. Another aim of this study is to make the theoretical examination of the starting point of the self-determination from the starting point to the end point
