Relationship Between Organizational Cynicism and Work Alienation: A Research on Hotel Employees of TRB1 Region

The aim of the thesis is pointing out the organizational cynicism perception and to define the level and relations between work alienation tendencies of personals of four and five star business hotel in the region of TRB1 (Malatya, Elaz？？, Tunceli and Bing？l). In the research, after a detailed literature review, an applied methodology was used to measure the effects of all variables by using survey forms; and validity and reliability of it has been provided by scales tested by the researcher, including three parts that have been given to 393 staffs of the hotels of the region TRB1. As a result of the research, a positive relationship between organizational cynicism and work alienation was clearly defined out
