Women's Percept?on ?n a Legal and Soc?al Scope ?n the Concept of the CountryKeywords: Kad?n,Toplum,Hukuk,Nisa Hapishaneleri Abstract: While the sociological and theological point of view of the women in the Ottoman State is woven with the Arab manifesto, the perspective of women should be different in Tanzimat Era, which is the period in which the mind of the upper management that strives to adapt the change in every field and the development of society and political life, as well as the cultural fields. The European woman, who started to become free in the West and became more visible in the society, became the focus of attention of the Ottoman intellectuals who tried to reflect a thought structure which desires to modernize in every sense to the administration of the period. In this way, with a more moderate positivism after the second constitutional monarchy, the social perception of women has been tried to be changed in every field, and women, as a more visible society member, have opened up a place in the discovery of everyday life. From time to time, the women has put themselves in trouble with law, state and society because the society can not accept the new statue of women. This study will try to explain how the Ottoman woman obtained her rights in the process based on the Ottoman official archive documents
