Abstract:

In recent years applications in Health Care Transformation, as a model for productivity-enhancing lean service management strategy became necessary for hospitals to sustain themselves and assess the human resources effectively. Lean management is intertwined with many factors. One of these factors is the organizational commitment. The relationship between organizational commitment and lean service management services group is the most effective health sector; this study has been designed as a descriptive study to determine the effects of organizational loyalty to lean service management according to the perceptions of the hospital staff in the public health sector. The study conducted with 300 hospital employees. The data collected using questionnaire forms. To data analysis, various different methods have been used like as Mann-Whitney-U, independent T-test scores; Regression Analysis and ANOVA. After the evaluation of the data factors direction of linear relationship at various levels was found between lean service management and organizational commitment. In this study, lean service management factors were found in medium levels in hospitals, which involved this study. From these results, to provide organizational commitment, increasing the employee motivation, minimize the cost and quality should be among the priorities of the institutions such as the targets
