Determination of Possible Use in the Bioremediation of Heavy Metal of Some Bacteria Found in MineKeywords: A??r metal,Biyoremidasyon,Paenibacillus polymyxa,Pseudomonas luteola,Pseudomonas stutzeri Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the possible use of some bacteria isolated from Cu(copper)-Pb (lead)-Zn(zinc) mine soils found in Ordu province in the bioremediation of heavy metal. For this purpose, 7 kinds of bacteria isolates were obtained in pure cultures fields taken from mine soil. These bacteria were purified by microbiological techniques and observed by a light microscopy. The biochemical properties were determined by Vitek 2 method. From among 7 kinds bacteria determined in our study, Pseudomonas luteola, Paenibacillus polymyxa and Pseudomonas stutzeri species, which can absorb heavy metals, were grown by culture. Single and double combinations of those three bacterial strains were incubated in the sterilized soil to determine both the individual effect and the synergistic effect of the obtained bacterial isolates. This interaction (1 in control, 6 soil samples) has been evaluated in terms of Cu (copper) -Pb (lead) -Zn (zinc) heavy metals and organic matter in the soil and Ph exchange. According to the results of the control soil, the maximum amount of lead in the mineral bed soil and zinc respectively and the copper element as the least amount were detected. In the experimental soil, some values of organic matter in heavy metals were found to fall in some values in comparison with the bacteria added to the medium and some values relative to the control in pH were found to fall in some of the excess value
