Abstract:

Introduction and Aim: In this study, the relationship between the perceptions of organizational justice and the attitudes of organizational cynicism of academic staff working in faculties of sports sciences has been investigated. Method: For data collection, “Organizational Justice Perception”, which was developed by Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Polat (2007) and "Organizational Cynicism Scale", which was developed by Brandes, Dhalwadkar ve Dean (1999) and adapted into Turkish by Kala?an (2009) was used in the current study to a total of 340 academic staff consisting of 275 male and 65 female students.For data analysis, SPSS statistical packet program was used for frequency analysis, and independent t-tests,pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA and Tukey test were run to find out the source of the difference among different groups of participants. Findings: According to the result of the pearson correlation analysis, it was determined that the participants had a negative direction, strong and meaningful relationship between organizational justice perceptions and organizational cynicism attitudes Result: Based on this finding, it seems clear that the lower the organizational justice perception levels of participants were the higher the level of organizational cynicism was
