A Study On Consumer Assessments In Tripadvisor of Hotel Companies Located in the Lakes Region

The facilities included in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with the Tourism Operation Certificate were identified as the study area in the study, and the user reviews regarding 76 facilities located in the Lakes Region at the TripAdvisor website were analyzed. In this context, the data relating the classification of the facilities located in the Lakes Region have been obtained with priority and 36 hotel facilities in Konya, 17 in Afyonkarahisar, 8 in Burdur and 15 in Isparta were determined. In addition, the user reviews at TripAdvisor website were classified according to their contents and evaluated under the titles of positive and negative elements. The most positive and negative factors are personnel, cleanliness, and food. In addition, it was concluded in analyzing the languages used in user reviews, that Turkish is mainly used, and besides English, Italian and Chinese are the most frequently used languages
