MORTON NEUROMA: ASSESSMENT WITH COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE APPROACHKeywords: Fasia,Morton N?roma,N?ral terapi Abstract: Forefoot pain is a common complaint. One of the reasons for forefoot pain is Morton's neuroma. Morton's neuroma is not a real neuroma. The most common localization is the common plantar digital nerve between the third and fourth metatarses. It is thought that the occurrence of the disease frequently in this localization is due to anatomic and biomechanical reasons. Mechanical forces effects venous and lymphatic circulation, thus increase the acidity and decrease the flexibility of fascia. The result is reactive perineural fibrosis. The main problem in Morton's neuroma, is the fascia chain problem. In this review, we evaluated the causes of Morton's neuroma and treatment with complementary medicine approach
