Differences in The Perception of Service Quality of Harran University StudentsKeywords: Hizmet Kalitesi,Alg?,Demografik Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine whether Harran University students differ in terms of demographic factors of service quality perceptions of the services offered by the university. Students that study at Harran University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences constitutes the study’s universe. 490 student questionnaires were applied using simple random sampling method. T-test was employed to determine if there is a difference between gender and marital status groups in terms of service quality perception. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the perceptions of the quality of the services received from Harran University did not differ according to the gender status of the students. Anova test was employed to determine if there is a difference between the family income situation and the study group of departments in terms of service quality perception. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the perceptions of the quality of the services received from Harran University vary according to the level of family income
