THE CHOICE OF TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY FROM THE ASPECT OF APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

The availability function has a significant impact in the process of analyzing the production process planning parameters. The aim of the paper is to select and adapt the general approach in the classification of the availability function to construction production systems. Also, the effects of production availability on planned capacities, total and unit costs of components of the technological process were researched. The proposed production availability methodology is a customized version for construction production systems. The obtained results confirmed the hypothesis of the significance impact of the availability function in all phases of project management.
