Equilibrio Psico-Emozionale e neuroimmunologia: aggiornamenti di ricerca

It is proposed a brief review of researches that prove the importance of psycho-physical parallelism, not intended as reductionism in terms of mental experience as dependent from functionings of brain, but the necessary interaction between them. The demonstration examples are drawn from studies on the close connection between the lymphatic circulation and brain structures, the strengthening of the immune response induced by the positive experiences of aesthetic kind, the type of outgoing-extroverted personality and the optimization of the immune defense functions and, finally, the modification of the limbic overactivation response, thanks to changes induced by means of the psychodynamic psychotherapy
