Package of measures to reduce the rate of cesarean delivery

Objective: To explore the measures to effectively cope with cesarean delivery, and to decrease the rate of cesarean delivery, in order to guarantee maternal and child health. Methods: Formulate intervention cesarean delivery in a package of measures and implementation plan to ensure that all the pregnant women in the hospital master relevant knowledge. 1882 parturient women in our hospital, from January 2016 to August 2016, were selected as the research object for the observation group. 1564 parturient women in our hospital, from January 2015 to August 2015, were selected as the research object for the control group. Analysis of the difference between the two groups of maternal cesarean section rate was made. Results: The difference between observation group and control group was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The rate of cesarean delivery was reduced through a package of interventions, and ensure the maternal and child health at the same time
