Methods: In our hospital, 32 cases with pleural lesion removing internal fixation of bone graft surgery of thoracic spinal tuberculosis during 2005-2011, comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing plan, and implement of the corresponding nursing, summarize the perioperative nursing experience. Results: This group of patients are through perioperative, no perioperative complications, follow-up of 18 months (12 ~ 24 months) without relapse tuberculosis. Conclusion: Comprehensive and rational perioperative nursing measures to avoid the complications of patients, help patients recover at an early date
