Application of Humanistic care in Aclasta treatment of elderly patients with fractureDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.14725/gjnr.v3n2a1034 Keywords: Humanistic care, Dense solid, Patients, Nursing Abstract: Objective: To investigate application of Humanistic care in Aclasta treatment of elderly patients with fracture. Methods: 20 elderly patients with fractures were taken as the experimental group, they were admitted in 2012. 20 elderly patients with fractures were taken as the control group, they were admitted in 2011. Conventional nursing is properly executed in control group, such as the doctor's advice, regular patrol, deal with adverse reactions. On the basis of conventional nursing, care elements according to Watson were added in the experimental group, develop humanity care of the patients with "Tudor" measures, improve the service process, respectively in dense solid therapy before, and observe two groups of care satisfaction during and after implemented in stages. Results: The experimental group was higher than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Nurses are willing to use humanistic care for fracture elderly patients with Aclasta, clinical implementation of convenience, not only enhance the exchange of nurses and patients, reduce the distance between nurse and patients but also improve patient satisfaction to nursing service. It helps promote quality of care demonstration project
