Methods: In our hospital from 2009-2012 of 39 routine CT guided percutaneous puncture catheter local chemotherapy of patients with spinal tuberculosis, comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing plan, and implement of the corresponding nursing, summarize nursing experience during perioperative with tube. Results: This group of patients are through perioperative period, no sign of taking off the tube and blocking pipe, tube, complications such as infection presented, 18 months of follow-up (12 ~ 24 months) without relapse tuberculosis. Conclusion:Comprehensive and reasonable nursing measures to avoid the complications of patients, help patients recover at an early date
