Using self-service technologies in hospitality setting

The goal of this research is to focus on the organizational commitment factors of implementing a hospitality program using self-service technologies in the cluster of knitwear and clothing in the city of Socorro/SP. The data collected from the employees of this cluster was analyzed using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of agreement and open questions. The research is characterized as exploratory in nature; such methods are employed in the qualitative and quantitative evaluations of the model. The results were analyzed using non-parametric statistics techniques, as well as further correlation analyses and Cronbach's alpha.
