Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Buccal Mucosa: A Rare Presentation

Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC) is an unusual slow growing, aggressive neoplasm of salivary gland, constituting less than 1% of all head and neck malignancies. It commonly affects adults in the fourth to sixth decades and typically involves minor salivary glands of palate followed by parotid, and submandibular glands.
