The Role of Regional Government and Provincial Legislative Council in Academic Draft Arrangement for Regional Regulation Formation

Thereby, the Regional Government and the Regional People's Legislative Assembly (DPRD) have a very strategic role in the formation of responsive regional regulation through the planning of regional regulation and the arrangement of Academic Draft for regional regulation that arranged in a planned, integrated, and systematic with priority scales for a certain period as well involve the participation of society and parties whom have competence/skill in the planning and arrangement of Academic Draft.
