中国事件对外报道和西方媒体报道中国事件之间长期存在着的时间差和效度差，导致了中国在国际话语体系中不占优势。本文将以2019年中国国际电视台(CGTN)主播刘欣与美国福克斯商业新闻网(Fox Business Network)主播翠西？里根(Trish Regan)之间展开的跨洋“约辩”为蓝本，探讨中国事件对外传播中获取国际话语权的诸要素，研究新媒体大融合背景下如何更好地向世界发出中国的声音，更多地占有国际话语份额。
There exists difference of time and effect between Chinese external coverage of its events and the Western news report on China’s events, which leads to China’s disadvantageous position in international discourse system. Based on the online debate in the year of 2019 between Liu Xin from China Global Television Network (CGTN) and Trish Regan from Fox Business Network, this article will emphasize the elements which play very important roles in obtaining China’s international discourse power in its international communication, which will explore the methods on how to let our voice be heard in the international community and the strategies of acquiring the right of speech in the world.
