Abstract:

消防系统作为油库安全生产的最后一道防线,做好油库消防系统的建设与优化管理尤为重要。本文从建设者角度出发,以纳米比亚油库项目为依托,详细阐述了油库海水消防系统的组成及特点,根据实践经验从设计、采办、施工、调试等各方面总结了消防系统实施过程中存在的不足和困难,并据此提出了合理化建议,旨在为油库海水消防系统建设优化管理提供参考依据。
The firefighting system ensures tank farm safe production, so firefighting system construction and optimization management are particularly important. This article elaborated on the composition and characteristics of the seawater firefighting system based on the Namibian oil tank farm project from the perspective of the builder, and indicated disadvantages and difficulties from engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning based on practical experience. According to the above analysis, it put forward the rational suggestion to provide the reference for seawater firefighting system construction and optimization management.
