油气工程企业流程管理体系的构建
|
Abstract:
流程管理体系是企业流程顺畅运行和持续优化的保证，有助于企业在流程上获取持续的竞争优势。大多数企业虽然认识到流程管理体系的重要性，但对流程管理体系的构建还缺少可供借鉴的操作方法。本文针对这个问题进行了深入研究，阐述了企业流程管理体系主要架构并就构建过程中的关键问题进行了探讨，为油气工程企业流程管理体系的构建提供了参考。
Process management system ensures the continuous optimization and smooth operation of process. It is helpful for enterprises to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage in process. Most enter-prises lack the systematic method on how to construct a process management system, even if they know it is important. This paper makes a depth theoretical research on this issue, describes the main framework of system and discusses the key issues in the construction process. The achieved results can provide the references to the construction of process management system of oil and gas engineering enterprises.
