探讨EPC总承包工程施工分包管理策略

Abstract:
施工分包，是相关建筑企业将其所承包的工程中的技术性和专业性较强的项目或者劳务作业通过分包的形式，来给其他相关企业进行操作、完成的活动。本文将从EPC总承包的概况入手，进一步分析和研究总承包工程施工分包管理策略，使工程总包和分包在工程施工过程中进行良好协作，实现双赢。
Construction subcontracting is an activity in which the relevant construction company subcontracts the more technical and professional projects or labor operations in the contracted project to other relevant companies to operate and complete. This article will start with the overview of EPC general contracting, and further analyze and study general contracting project construction subcontracting management strategies, so that general project contracting and subcontracting can cooperate well in the construction process and achieve a win-win situation.
