Abstract:

油气管道盾构隧道穿越工程中,穿越平面线形通常为直线,且纵断面转角曲率半径均不小于1000 m。随着管道建设的高速发展和建设用地日益紧张,盾构隧道线形不得不采用曲线。通过对某曲线盾构掘进过程进行有限元模拟,为小曲率盾构在环片顶力合理取值、地面沉降量、以及接缝的防水设计上提供了依据;通过对小曲率盾构几个关键问题的解决,使盾构隧道曲率半径突破1000 m的限制,使平面线形布置更为灵活,为今后盾构隧道平面线形设计提供了新的思路。
In the oil and gas pipeline shield tunnel crossing engineering, the plane view of the tunnel center line is usually a straight line, and the turning curvature radius of the longitudinal section is not less than 1000 m. With the high-speed process of pipeline construction and the increasingly li-mited construction land, the shield tunnel center line has to adopt curve line. Through the finite element simulation of a curved shield tunneling process, it provides the basis of small curvature shield for reasonable value of ring jacking force, ground settlement and waterproof design of joints. By solving the key problems of the small the curvature radius shield tunnel, the curvature radius exceeds 1000 m, and the arrangement of tunnel center line becomes more flexible, which provides a new idea for the planar linear design of the shield tunnel in the future.
