Abstract:

工作场所不文明行为会给员工及组织带来广泛且长时间的影响,探寻工作场所不文明行为的成因很重要。实施者方面,个体的某些人格特质、所处组织氛围及其领导行为都被证明能影响做出的工作场所不文明行为。受害者方面,少数群体身份和不合作的人格特质是员工受到工作场所不文明行为的主要原因。基于现有研究和理论,认为未来的研究可以更多地从行为实施者出发,考虑情绪因素对做出工作场所不文明行为的影响。
Workplace incivility brings employees and organizations harm in an extensive and long-term way. Previous studies have provided explanations for the causes of incivility from the perspectives of the perpetrator and the victim. In terms of perpetrators, certain personality traits, organizational atmosphere and leadership behaviors may push people to act incivility. On the victim side, employees with minority identity and uncooperative personality traits may be vulnerable to incivility. Future research could focus on the incivility perpetrator and take affective factors into consideration.
