共享视阈下拆迁安置小区社区治理创新研究——以成都市双流区为例
Research on Community Governance Innovation of Demolition and Resettlement Community from the Sharing View—Take Shuangliu District in Chengdu as an Example

在共享视阈下，总结了成都市双流区在人力资源、组织资源和物资资源共享联动方面进行的拆迁安置小区社区治理探索，分析了存在的共享意识淡薄、共享资源不足、共享机制不全和共享信任缺失等问题，从理念创新、路径创新、管理创新和技术创新等四个方面提出了对策建议，为社区分类治理、精确治理提供了一定的思路与方法。
From the sharing view, this paper summarizes the community governance exploration of the demolition and resettlement community in terms of human resources, organizational resources, and material resources in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, and analyzes the existing issues, such as weak shared awareness, insufficient shared resources, imperfect shared mechanisms and lack of shared trust. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: concept innovation, path innovation, management innovation, and technological innovation, which provide certain ideas and methods for classified governance or precision governance in community.
