疫情常态化背景下医院人员招聘与人才配置问题及对策研究

Abstract:
今年的新冠肺炎疫情来势汹汹,给本就资源紧缺的医院带来了重大冲击,主要原因是医疗人员短缺,人才匮乏。招聘难、配置难。本文在新冠肺炎疫情影响的背景下,根据现在医院人员招聘和人才配置方面存在的招聘规划不科学、不合理,招聘渠道单一以及医院从事招聘方面工作的人员专业性的匮乏,提出医院应当深入思考,转变人员招聘和人才配置模式,完善招聘的准备、实施和招聘工作,注重人力资源规划,科学设计招聘方案,层层甄选人才,持续壮大医院的人才队伍,实现医院的可持续化发展。
COVID-19 outbreak has come at a furious pace this year, which has brought a major impact on the hospitals that are already strapped for resources. This is mainly because of the shortage of medical personnel, the difficulty in recruitment and allocation of personnel. Based on the background of the influence of COVID-19 outbreak, this paper proposes that hospitals should thoroughly consider change the mode of personnel recruitment and talent allocation, improve the preparation, implementation and recruitment of recruitment. In the meanwhile, hospitals should pay attention to human resources planning, scientifically design recruitment plans, select talents from different levels, continuously expand the talents of hospitals, to achieve sustainable development of the hospital.
