上海威钢能源有限公司机组热化学试验及分析

由热化学试验确定了保证机组蒸汽品质合格的炉水极限含盐量;对汽包水位和锅炉负荷等运行工况影响蒸汽品质的情况进行了试验,并对除氧器排气阀开度、锅炉排污率,以及给水除氧剂(丙酮肟)的加入量的调整也作了试验.试验结果表明:该机组在正常运行工况下蒸汽品质符合火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量(中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T12145-1999)的规定.;Based on the thermochemical test, the maximum allowable concentration of salt in boiler water that ensures qualified steam of the unit, is determined.The effect of various working condition, such as the drum water level and boiler load on the steam quality, is investigated.Some working parameters, such as the range of the air relief value of the deaerator, the rate of blowdown of boiler and the dose of oxygen scavenger are tested.Results show that the steam quality of unit under normal working condition meets the quality criterion of water and steam for generating unit and steam power equipment
