飞秒脉冲激光制备的As₂S₃光纤光栅的特性

利用在800 nm飞秒脉冲激光照射下光敏As₂S₃光纤具有的双光子吸收特性制备光纤光栅,光纤光栅的周期由飞秒激光脉冲与As₂S₃光纤的夹角调制.还分析了光栅结构及其Bmgg反射特性.;The photosensitive As₂S₃ fiber has two-photon absorption property under the illumination of 800 nm femtosecond laser pulse. A fiber grating is made by the interference of two femtosecond laser pulses in As₂S₃ fiber, and the period of the grating is determined by the angle between the femtosecond laser pulses and the As₂S₃ fiber. The structure and Bragg reflection spectrum of the fiber grating are studied in this paper
