接枝共聚物WPS-g-POE的制备及其在三元乙丙橡胶中的应用

通过Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应制备接枝共聚物废旧聚苯乙烯（WPS）-g-聚烯烃弹性体（POE），研究WPS-g-POE用量对三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）性能的影响。结果表明：预处理WPS可以与POE发生Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应，生成WPS-g-POE，WPS接枝率为28. 8%，凝胶含量为0；添加WPS-g-POE的硫化胶物理性能和耐热空气老化性能优于添加WPS/POE共混物的硫化胶以及未添加WPS/POE共混物和WPS-g-POE的硫化胶，添加10份WPS-g-POE的硫化胶综合物理性能最佳；与添加WPS/POE共混物的硫化胶相比，添加WPS-g-POE的硫化胶中WPS分散更均匀、粒子更细小。;The graft copolymer，waste polystyrene（WPS）-g-polyolefin elastomer（POE），was prepared by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction，and the effect of WPS-g-POE amount on the properties of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber（EPDM） was investigated. The results showed that，the pretreated WPS generated Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction with POE to form WPS-g-POE，the grafting ratio of WPS was 28.8%，and the gel content was 0. The physical properties and hot air aging resistance of the vulcanizates with WPS-g-POE were superior to those of the vulcanizates without WPS-g-POE，or with WPS/POE blend. The comprehensive physical properties of the vulcanizates with 10 phr WPS-g-POE were the best. Compared with the vulcanizate with WPS/POE blend，the vulcanizate with WPS-g-POE had more uniform dispersion and finer particles
