一种基于PLC的密炼机上辅机控制系统设计

介绍一种基于可编辑控制器（PLC）的密炼机上辅机控制系统设计，采用西门子S7 1500PLC，通过Profinet通讯协议与ET200SP工作站、Toledo称量仪表、触摸屏TP1200、上位机及密炼机通讯，实现了按照上位机配方自动称量胶料、油料、炭黑和粉料，自动投入密炼机密炼，系统运行稳定可靠，可以减轻工人劳动强度，提高生产效率。;This paper introduced the design of one type control system of the mixer upstream equipment based on programmable logic controller（PLC）.Siemens S7 1500 PLC of this control system communicated with ET200SP remote IO workstation，weighing instrument，TP1200 touch screen，master computer and mixer through the Profinet communication protocol.This control system realized the automatic weighing of carbon black，powder，oil and raw rubber according to formula given by the master computer，and automatically put them into the mixer.This control system ran stably and reliably，and could reduce the labor intensity of workers，improved production efficiency
