稀土顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶并用对半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.06.0439 Keywords: [稀土顺丁橡胶,丁苯橡胶,胎面胶,半钢子午线轮胎,耐裂口增长性能,抗切割性能,抗湿滑性能,滚动阻力, 稀土顺丁橡胶,丁苯橡胶,胎面胶,半钢子午线轮胎,耐裂口增长性能,抗切割性能,抗湿滑性能,滚动阻力,NdBR,SBR,tread compound,semi-steel radial tire,crack growth resistance,cutting resistance,wet skid resistance,rolling resistance] Abstract: 研究稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)/丁苯橡胶并用对半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:含BR9110A,BR9110B和CB24(3种NdBR)的胶料性能基本接近;用乳聚丁苯橡胶部分替代溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和NdBR,可以改善胶料的生热性能,提高抗切割性能和抗湿滑性能;采用母炼胶工艺可以明显改善胶料的综合物理性能,提高抗切割性能、抗裂口增长性能和抗湿滑性能,降低滚动阻力。;The effect of neodymium butadiene rubber(NdBR)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) blending on the properties of semi-steel radial tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that the properties of three kinds of NdBR(BR9110A,BR9110B and CB24) compounds were almost the same,the heat generation performance,cutting resistance and wet skid resistance of the compound could be improved by partially replacing SSBR and NdBR with ESBR.The comprehensive physical properties of the compound could be significantly improved by master rubber refining process,the cutting resistance,crack resistance and wet skid resistance increased,and the rolling resistance decreased
