三元乙丙橡胶环保阻燃密封件胶料的研究

研究了几种溴系阻燃剂和软化/增塑剂对EPDM密封件胶料性能的影响，包括有害的阻燃剂十溴二苯醚（Deca-BDE）、环保阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷（EBP）、亚乙基双（四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺）和四溴双酚A，以及软化/增塑剂石蜡油（KP6030和YB6010）、癸二酸二辛酯和已二酸二（丁氧基乙氧基乙）酯。结果表明，十溴二苯乙烷是十溴二苯醚的最佳替代品。含十溴二苯乙烷的胶料的物理性能、阻燃性能和挤出工艺性能优于或相当于含十溴二苯醚的胶料。在4种软化/增塑剂中，石蜡油KP6030的综合性能最好。;Affect of brominated flame-retardants and softener/plasticizers on properties of EPDM seal compouds were studied,including harmful flame- retardant decabromodiphenyl ether（Deca-DBE）, environmentally-friendly flame-retardant ethane-1,2-bis（pentabromophenyl）（EBP）,ethylene-bis(tetrabromophthalimide) and tetrabromosbisphenol A , as well as environmentally- friendly softener/plasticizer paraffin oils ,dioctyl sebacate and bis(butoxyethoxy)ethyl adipate. The results show that EBP is the best alternative to Deca-DBE. Physical properties ,flame resistance and extrusion processing properties of EBP is superior or equivalent to Deca-DBE.In the four kinds of softener/plasticizers, the best overall performance is paraffin oil KP 6030
