增塑剂RF50在NR中的应用

研究增塑剂RF50在NR中的应用，并与进口增塑剂A50P进行对比。结果表明：加入2份增塑剂RF50，可以减小胶料的门尼粘度，改善胶料的加工性能，降低能耗，延长胶料的t₉₀，提高胶料的抗硫化返原性和炭黑分散性，对硫化胶的物理性能影响不大；其在NR中的应用效果与增塑剂A50P相当。;The application of plasticizer RF50 in NR was investigated and compared to imported plasticizer A50P.The results showed that,by adding 2 phr plasticizer RF50,the Mooney viscosity of NR compound decreased,processibility was improved,energy consumption dropped, t₉₀ extended,anti-reversion and dispersion of carbon black improved,the physical properties of NR vulcanizate changed little.The effect of plasticizer RF50 in NR was similar to that of plasticizer A50P
