再生橡胶生产排放的大气污染物特征研究

对再生橡胶生产排放的大气污染物进行测试和分析。结果表明：再生橡胶生产排放的挥发性有机物（VOCs）组分多，本研究检测到浓度占比大于1%的组分有23种；有害苯系物是VOCs的主要组分，其浓度占比为46.6%；脱硫工序是VOCs主要排放工序，其排放的VOCs浓度为37.4 mg·m-3；建议选择颗粒物、苯系物、非甲烷总烃、二硫化碳浓度作为再生橡胶行业大气污染物管控指标。;The atmospheric pollutants emitted from reclaimed rubber production were tested and analyzed.The results showed that there were many kinds of volatile organic compounds（VOCs）emitted in reclaimed rubber production，23 components with concentration proportion greater than 1% were detected in this study.Harmful benzene homologues were the main component，its concentration proportion accounted for 46.6%.Devulcanizing process was the main emission process of VOCs，and the concentration of VOCs emitted from it was 37.4 mg·m-3.It was suggested to select the concentration of particulate matter，benzene homologues，non-methane total hydrocarbons，CS2 as the atmospheric pollutant control indicators in reclaimed rubber industry
