淀粉/白炭黑/PSBR复合材料的性能研究

采用机械共混法制备淀粉/白炭黑/粉末SBR（PSBR）复合材料，研究淀粉/白炭黑用量比对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明，随着淀粉/白炭黑用量比的增大，淀粉/白炭黑/PSBR复合材料邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小，抗湿滑性能提高，滚动阻力和耐热空气老化性能呈下降趋势。;A starch/silica/powdered SBR(PSBR) composite was prepared by mechanical blending method，and the effects of the blending ratio of starch/silica on the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that as the blending ratio of starch/silica increased，the Shore A hardness，modulus，tensile strength and tear strength of the starch/silica/PSBR composite increased at first and then decreased，the wet skid resistance improved，the rolling resistance and hot air aging property tended to decrease
