国产环保橡胶油在胎面胶中的应用

研究国产环保橡胶油替代高芳烃油用于轮胎胎面胶的可行性。试验结果表明，国产环保橡胶油多环芳族化合物质量分数为0.029，多环芳烃质量分数为1.5×10^-6，苯并芘质量分数小于1×10^-6，符合欧盟2005/69/EC指令要求；作为操作油用于轮胎胎面胶，胶料主要性能与添加高芳烃油和处理芳烃油的胶料相近，某些性能略优。;The feasibility of domestic environment-friendly rubber oil to replace distillate aromatic extract in tire tread compound was investigated.The test results showed that，the mass fraction ofpolycyclic aromatics of domestic environment-friendly rubber oil was 0.029，the mass fraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon was 1.5×10^-6，the mass fraction of benzo[α] pyrene was less than 1×10^-6，and all these met the requirement of directive 2005/69/EC of EU；as the oil was used in tire tread compound，the main properties of compound were similar to those of the compound using distillate aromatic extract and treated distillate aromatic extract，and some properties were even better
