橡胶材料参数对轮胎硫化特性的影响

Abstract:

采用正交试验和数值模拟技术,分区域研究11. 00R25子午线轮胎用橡胶的密度、比热容和热导率等热物性参数以及活化能和频率因子等硫化动力学参数对轮胎胎肩处硫化特性的影响规律。结果表明,在对热物性参数进行调整时,首先考虑钢模一侧橡胶的热物性参数,其次是胶囊一侧橡胶的比热容,且提高胎面胶的热导率、降低比热容是缩短工 程正硫化时间(t70)的有效途径;橡胶硫化动力学参数直接决定了胎肩处的最难硫化部位分布、硫化均匀性和t70等,改变频率因子可以获得硫化特性最优设计,降低橡胶活化能是缩短t70的有效途径。;The influence of thermal parameters including the density,specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of rubber composite,and curing kinetics parameters such as activation energy and frequency factor on the cure characteristics of tire shoulder of 11. 00R25 radial tire was studied by section through orthogonal experiment and numerical simulation techniques. The results showed that,the thermal parameters near steel mould should be firstly considered,followed by specific heat capacity near bladder when the thermal parameters were adjusted,and increasing thermal conductivity and lowering specific heat capacity of tread was effective ways to shorten the engineering optimum cure time(t70). The distribution of the most difficult vulcanization parts in tire shoulder,curing uniformity and t70 were directly determined by curing kinetics parameters,the curing characteristics could be optimized by changing the frequency factor,and t70 could be effectively shortened by lowering the activation energy
