不同硫化体系对天然橡胶的动静态性能的影响研究

Abstract:

本研究分别制备了以炭黑和白炭黑为补强填料的不同硫化体系天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,探究不同硫化体系所导致的不同交联结构对于天然橡胶常规静态性能和动态性能的影响,并考察不同填料种类情况下,交联结构对性能影响的规律。结果显示,普通硫化体系制备的NR硫化胶具有较高的交联密度、较好的静态力学性能。对于白炭黑增强体系,普通硫化体系制备的NR硫化胶具有较低的滚动阻力以及最优异的耐磨性。而对于炭黑增强体系,平衡硫化体系具有最低的滚动阻力;且拉伸强度的提高有利于耐磨性的提高。;Carbon black and silica filled NR with different curing systems were prepared. The relationship between static and dynamic properties, and cross-linking structure resulting from different curing systems was studied. Also, the influence of different filler types on the above relationship was investigated. The result showed that NR composites with CV system had higher crosslinking density and better performance on tensile strength and abrasion resistance, compared with other curing systems. For the dynamic properties, the silica-reinforced NR with CV system had lower rolling resistance and better abrasion resistance. For CB-reinforced NR with EC system had lower rolling resistance. The improvement of tensile strength is beneficial to the abrasion resistance
