新型复配活化剂在废全胎胶粉中的应用

试验研究新型复配活化剂（由云母粉、抗氧剂BHT、硬脂酸和促进剂组成）在废全胎胶粉中的应用。结果表明：新型复配活化剂中加入促进剂PZ时再生橡胶的再生效果和物理性能最佳；促进剂PZ用量为0.5份时再生橡胶的再生效果和物理均较佳；促进剂PZ一次性溶解进环保油后添加，再生橡胶加工性能较好，分步溶解进环保油后添加，再生橡胶物理性能较好，可以根据对加工性能或物理性能的要求选择不同的促进剂PZ添加方式。;The application of new compound activators（composed of mica powder，antioxidant BHT，stearic acid and accelerator）in ground tire was investigated.The results showed that，the regeneration effect and physical properties of the reclaimed rubber were the best when the accelerator PZ was added into the compound activator.When the addition levle of accelerator PZ was 0.5 phr，the regeneration effect and physical property of regenerated rubber were better than other dosages.The processing performance of reclaimed rubber which accelerator PZ was dissolved in the environmental protection oil at once before adding was better，but the physical properties of that which accelerator PZ was dissolved step by step before adding were better，and the way to add accelerator PZ could be choosen according to the processing performance or physical properties requirements
